Terms of Sale (CGV)

This agreement is made between:

• The provider: SEO Brief Generator, hereafter "the Service Provider".
• The user: any individual or legal entity using the service, hereafter "the Client".

These Terms of Sale govern access to and use of SEO Brief Generator, a SaaS application for the automated generation of SEO content briefs via artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude API), SERP analysis (ValueSERP), and subscription management (Stripe).

The Service Provider offers the following services:

• SEO brief generation from keywords
• SERP analysis and search intent detection
• Content structure recommendations (H1-H3)
• People Also Ask (PAA) suggestions
• Credit management and user dashboard

The service is provided "as is". Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to factors beyond the Service Provider's control (third-party outages, force majeure).

Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. Available plans:

• Free Plan: 5 credits upon registration, no commitment, no time limit.
• Pro Plan: monthly subscription with included credits, automatic renewal.
• Enterprise Plan: custom pricing, unlimited credits, dedicated support.

Payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified third-party provider. The Service Provider stores no banking data. Invoices are available in the Client's account.

All prices are in euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed by tacit agreement until cancellation.

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their account (Billing section), at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are granted for unused credits or for the remaining period of a cancelled subscription.

• Each generated brief consumes 1 credit.
• Credits from paid plans expire at the end of the monthly period and are not carried over.
• Free plan credits do not expire.
• If insufficient credits remain, brief generation is blocked until credits are replenished or the subscription renews.

Briefs generated by the service are the exclusive property of the Client and may be freely used for commercial or personal purposes.

The source code, the "SEO Brief Generator" brand, graphical interface, algorithms, and databases remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

The Service Provider commits to providing a reasonably quality service, but liability cannot be engaged in the event of:

• inaccuracy or inadequacy of AI-generated results;
• temporary service unavailability for technical reasons;
• indirect losses, loss of profit, or commercial damage;
• non-compliant use of the service by the Client.

The Service Provider's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the incident.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679), the Service Provider acts as data controller.

Data collected:

• Identification: full name, email address.
• Usage: keywords searched, briefs generated, credits consumed.
• Billing: processed exclusively by Stripe (no storage on the Service Provider's side).
• Access logs: IP address, timestamp, actions performed.

Purposes and legal basis:

• Service provision — contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Security & logs — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Billing — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention period: for the duration of the contract and a maximum of 3 years after termination or account deletion.

Your rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@seo-brief-generator.com. In case of unresolved dispute, you may contact your national data protection authority.

Non-EU transfers: certain sub-processors are based in the United States (Anthropic, Stripe). These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Your choice is stored via the cookie_consent cookie.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.

In case of dispute, the Client is invited to contact the Service Provider first to seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement within 30 days, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
